Transformer components and spare parts
The parts a transformer is built from and rebuilt with: bushings, tap changers, radiators, insulating fluid, core steel, winding conductor and the instrumentation that watches all of it.
Which transformer parts drive lead time, and what can be rebuilt rather than replaced?
A transformer is not a single long-lead item so much as an assembly of them. Core steel and bushings have their own supply constraints, and a unit waiting on one component is just as late as a unit waiting on the whole transformer. These are also the parts that decide whether an ageing unit can be refurbished in place or has to be replaced, which is a very different budget and a very different schedule.

On these figures. Price bands are market ranges for each family as a whole, published for budgeting — they are not quotes, and Voltfield sells nothing. Lead times are indicative and move with the market; the Lead-Time Index covers what is driving them.
